Daniel Yost Beachy, of Hartly, age 71 years, 4 months and 15 days passed away July 29, 2015 in his home.
He is preceded in death by a stillborn daughter, parents, Mose and Mattie Beachy, two brothers John and Monroe and one great grandchild. He was married to Barbara E. Mast, March 29, 1962. They lived in matrimony 53 years, 4 months. Daniel is survived by his wife Barbara, five sons and two daughters, John Henry (Lydia Hershberger) of Richfield Springs, NY, Elizabeth Ann (Alva Miller) of Camden, Susie (Menno Miller) of Hartly, Daniel Jr. (Wendy Fisher) of Clayton, Eli Moses (Carolyn King) of Hartly, Christopher of Hartly, Steven Ray of Dover, 36 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, two brothers Benjamin of PA and Raymond of PA, two sisters Barbara Chupp of Virginia and Rebecca Hochstetler of PA.
Friends and family may call at his home Friday, July 31 at 3327 Hartly Road, Hartly until the day of service. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. at the Eli H. Yoder residence, 1121 Victory Chapel Road, Dover. Burial will follow at Wiley’s Cemetery, Dover. Arrangements are by Pippin Funeral Home, Wyoming.
